Don’t Let Social Distancing Stop You From Moving!

These are very challenging times right now and we need to do everything we can to protect our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during this Covid-19 crisis. One of the best ways to do that is with movement, and yet that can be difficult given that most Americans need to follow social distancing and shelter in place rules to keep the virus from spreading.

With fitness centers,  gyms, and exercise classes now closed in most of the United States, we are left on our own to get creative. And that’s what this podcast is all about…getting creative when it comes to exercising during social distancing.

We need to keep our bodies moving and Samantha Clayton is here to help us do that. Samantha is vice president of Sports Performance and Fitness Education at Herbalife Nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer with specialty certifications in group fitness, youth fitness programming, senior fitness and athletic conditioning. Having performed at the highest athletic level, Clayton represented Great Britain at the 2000 Sydney Olympics in both the 200m and the 4x100m relay events.
