About Dr. Rubin Naiman

Rubin Naiman, Ph.D. is the sleep and dream specialist and clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, directed by Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Naiman is the leader in the development of integrative approaches to sleep and dream disorders, integrating sleep science with psychological and transpersonal perspectives. He is the director of NewMoon Sleep, an organization that offers services, trainings and consultation internationally. Dr. Naiman has published extensively in his field and his approach is now taught in dozens of medical schools. His work has been described as “life changing!”
